Our Chefs Table is designed to provide your party with the best Barrels & Ashes has to offer. It is made up of a selection of our signature dishes presented on platters at your tables for your guests to share.  It is our recommended offering for all groups of 8 or more people.

Joining us during the festive season?

We’re offering a selection of traditional Christmas fare for all Chefs Tables enjoyed in December. If you’re celebrating your end of year work event, Christmas catch up with friends, or family get together during December you’re able to choose 3 options from the following Large Plates to enjoy for your Chefs Table:

Tomahawk (prime beef rib) – lightly smoked served w/ black garlic butter

Turkey breast cooked in seasoned buttermilk served w/ cranberry sauce & crispy turkey legs

Glazed ham served w/ a charred pineapple, cherry & tomato salsa

16 hour slow smoked Black Angus Brisket served w/ an Islay malt whisky jus, pickled vegetables & potato salad
