Show your love with a special Mothers Day Lunch or Dinner at Barrels & Ashes…

Our menu features some delicious specials alongside our trademark smokehouse fare and Australian botanicals. Peruse our Mothers Day menu below. Bookings will be taken for 2 hour seatings, commencing from 11am.

Mothers Day Lunch & Dinner Menu


  • Garlic Bread - black garlic herb butter on grilled rye

  • B&A Bruschetta - smoked heirloom tomatoes, fetta, Spanish onion, balsamic glaze & basil

  • Dukkah - Australian botanical spiced dukkah w/ smoked salt, olive oil & balsamic. Served w/ light rye & flatbread

  • Dip Plate - trio of dips served w/ celery, carrot sticks, toasted rye & flatbread

  • Jalapeno Poppers (6) w/ jalapeno tequila relish

  • Deep fried double crumbed camembert - w/ Coopers stout caramelised onion, celery, carrots, crisp bread & balsamic glaze

  • Riblets - 250gm slow smoked pork ribs served w/ JD Honey BBQ sauce, white sesame, smoked sea salt, & shallots



  • Honey Pumpkin Salad w/ honey roasted pumpkin, Spanish onion, fetta, walnuts, pepita seeds, hemp seeds, mixed herbs & leaves

  • Barrels ‘Caesar’ Salad w/ mixed leaves, bush herbs, croutons, agave bacon, slow poached egg, dukkah mix & blue cheese dressing (w/ grilled chicken)

  • The Vego Stack - sweet potato & vegetable fritters served w/ quinoa, hemp seeds, mixed leaves, basil, mint, shallots, celery & smoked beetroot relish

  • Coopers Beer Battered Barramundi served w/ lemon ash salt, fries, garden salad & ranch

  • Salmon – pan seared served on black and red wild rice, with smoked chorizo, basil, mint, salt bush, smoked tomatoes with finger lime marmalade



MSA Grade 120 Day Grain-fed Premium Angus Beef – all served w/ blackened carrots, charred broccolini, smoked beetroot relish, pickled mushrooms, black garlic butter, smoked salt & truffle oil w/ your choice of mash or duck fat roasted potatoes

  • 220gm Eye Fillet (low fat & super tender, best up to Medium)

  • 400gm Rib Eye (Nice marbling throughout will remain tender through to well done)


Smoked & Slow

  • Louisiana Chicken - marinated half chicken served w/ duck fat roasted potatoes, heirloom carrots, broccolini, charred corn, smoked lemon, salt bush & micro coriander

  • 16 hour slow smoked Angus Brisket (200/400gm) served w/ Islay malt whisky jus, charred corn, mixed pickled vegetables & potato salad

  • Slow cooked lamb served on mash potato with broccolini, macadamia nut butter, salt bush & pepper berry jus

  • Slow Smoked Pork Ribs - (500gm or 1kg) w/ Jack Daniels honey BBQ sauce, charred corn, slaw & sweet potato wedges

  • Drunken Brisket/Ribs Combo - a combination of our brisket & smoked pork ribs dishes 200g brisket + 500g ribs
