  • Smoked & Slow Pork Ribs (1/2 rack/full rack) – w/ Jack Daniels honey BBQ sauce, charred corn, pickled vegetables & potato salad

  • Brisket/Ribs Combo - a combination of our brisket & smoked pork rib dishes (100gm + 1/4 rack | 200gm + 1/2 rack | feast 400gm + full rack)
